• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of BharatERP
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly is strictly prohibited
• Creating derivative works based on the software is not permitted
• User-generated data remains the property of the user

• No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• BharatERP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Users assume full responsibility for data backup and recovery
• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the license
• Not liable for business interruption or lost profits
• Users advised to maintain regular data backups

Users agree to the following responsibilities:

• Use software only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local tax laws
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
• Not use software for illegal activities or money laundering
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or damage the software
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Not share license credentials with unauthorized parties

Software updates and modifications policy:

• BharatERP may update software without prior notice
• Security patches and bug fixes will be provided automatically
• Feature updates may require user consent
• Old versions may become incompatible after major updates
• Terms and conditions may be modified with 30 days notice
• Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms
• Users can opt-out of non-critical updates

License termination conditions:

• License may be terminated for violation of terms
• Users can terminate license by uninstalling software
• BharatERP reserves right to discontinue this version
• 30 days notice will be provided for service discontinuation
• Upon termination, all rights to use software cease immediately
• Data export features will remain available for 30 days post-termination
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension

International usage and compliance requirements:

• Software subject to Indian export control laws
• Users outside India must comply with local import regulations
• Software contains encryption technology (if applicable)
• Use in sanctioned countries or by prohibited entities is forbidden
• Users responsible for obtaining necessary export/import licenses
• Excise compliance features designed for Indian wine shop regulations
• Currency and tax calculations may not suit all jurisdictions

Third-party software and services:

• Software may include open-source components with separate licenses
• Third-party libraries subject to their respective terms
• BharatERP not responsible for third-party component failures
• Payment gateways and banks have separate terms of service
• Cloud storage services may have additional usage terms
• Attribution notices for open-source components available in software

Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution:

• Agreement governed by laws of India
• Courts of [Your City/State] have exclusive jurisdiction
• Disputes resolved through arbitration before litigation
• Arbitration conducted under Indian Arbitration Act
• Class action lawsuits are waived
• English language version of terms takes precedence
• If any provision is invalid, remainder remains enforceable
